Veneto - Logistics

HOW TO GET THERE

Venice (VCE) and Milan (MXP, LIN) are the most convenient international airports to reach your Veneto bike tour. Treviso (TSF) and Verona (VRN) are smaller but offer solid connections across Europe. If you’re already traveling in Italy, Veneto is easy to reach by high-speed train from most major cities.
At any time we can arrange private transfers and provide full logistic support.

BEST TIME TO VISIT

The ideal months for cycling in Veneto are April to June and September to October, when temperatures typically range between 18–28°C (65–82°F).

Spring brings mild temperatures, blooming vineyards, and quiet country roads, while fall offers rich colours, harvest flavours, and fewer crowds to share the beauty with.

Our original plan included 4-days of cycling in Abruzzo but the forecast was rain for all four days. Vago quickly made a Plan B and we found our way cycling throughout Veneto and the Prosecco hills. I really appreciated how they changed the schedule to ensure we could still cycle instead of being trapped indoors for 4 days!!

Mattia took the different abilities of our group in his stride and quietly made sure the weakest rider (me!) was not left behind; Michele provided super van support, great picnic lunches and a swag of photos at the end of every day. I highly recommend Vago Tours.
